A VIP Design Day is a premium, high-efficiency service where I dedicate my entire, uninterrupted studio schedule to your specific project for one business day. It is tailored for high-level service providers who have their text and branding ready and want to bypass traditional, lengthy multi-week design trajectories.

​What can be completed during a single VIP Design Day?

The VIP Design Day is engineered for single documents or small coordinated sets with a strict maximum of 15 pages total. It is absolutely perfect for turning your raw text into beautifully structured mini workbooks, mini ebooks, launch guides, checklist sets, onboarding documents, or presentation pitch decks.

What is excluded from a VIP Design Day?

A VIP Design Day moves fast, which means large-scale manuals exceeding 15 pages, multi-chapter signature books, or undefined projects without finalized copy cannot be accommodated in this framework. Furthermore, I do not write, edit, or proofread your text. These larger or structural projects transition seamlessly into a tailored Custom Project.

Questions About Files, Templates & Security

​Do you accept or work within client-supplied templates?

No. To protect the technical integrity of our systems and guarantee brand safety, I strictly do not open or edit client-supplied templates, ZIP files, or design frameworks purchased from third-party marketplaces. This policy completely eliminates the risk of corrupted files, software viruses, and legal licensing conflicts. All creative work is built from scratch within a pristine, mathematically aligned Adobe InDesign framework.

​How do I safely transmit my project materials to you?

To maintain strict cybersecurity, raw materials and assets are never accepted through email attachments. Once your studio date is locked into the calendar, you will receive instructions to upload your final copy, high-resolution imagery, and brand guidelines into your own secure cloud folder (such as Google Drive or Dropbox) and share the secure access link. This ensures all files are automatically virus-scanned and beautifully organized.

​Do I need to own the legal rights to the materials I submit?

Yes, absolutely. You must be the official copyright holder, legal rights holder, or authorized licensee of 100% of the materials you submit to the studio, including all typography files, photography, graphics, and text. You hold full legal and financial responsibility for the copyright compliance of your assets.

Questions About Deliverables & Revisions

​Are raw Adobe InDesign source files included in my package?

No. To safeguard our advanced typographic architecture and prevent unverified modifications that could compromise your brand identity, standard packages do not include source files. You will receive high-resolution, print-ready PDFs and interactive digital PDFs optimized for web use. For scaling agencies requiring native files for internal archives, source-file licensing can be negotiated separately under a Custom Project agreement.

​How do revisions work for a VIP Design Day?

Because of the rapid nature of a one-day turnaround, traditional long-term revision cycles do not apply. Instead, you receive one structured refinement round the following morning. You have a 24-hour window after project delivery to submit a single, compiled list of minor tweaks (such as typos or minor alignment changes) via our dedicated feedback form. I dedicate the first hour of the following morning to executing these tweaks, ensuring your final assets are ready immediately.

Do you work with international clients and different time zones?

Yes, the studio operates on a fully global scale. All project management and file transmissions are handled digitally. For clients in different time zones, such as the United States or Canada, we utilize a highly successful asynchronous workflow. I complete your design during my European business hours (CET) while you sleep or manage your business, allowing you to wake up to a beautifully finished preview file.

Booking & Financial Polices

​Do you offer refunds if my project timelines change?

No. When you book a VIP Design Day or secure a custom project milestone, that specific time slot in the studio calendar is locked exclusively for you, turning away all other potential clients. Because your booking represents a firm reservation of production capacity, all payments are strictly non-refundable. Should an emergency arise, we can discuss rescheduling options in accordance with our general terms and conditions.
