How Your Design Day Works
I work independently during my business hours (Central European Time / CET). This is not a live co-working session, there are no Zoom calls, no interruptions, and zero pressure on you.
1. Secure Your Date
Select your preferred date. Once confirmed, your VIP Design Day is locked into my private schedule.
2. Submit Your Materials (48 Hours Before)
All final copy, images, branding assets, and guidelines must be submitted at least 48 hours before your booked day. This allows me to prepare properly. Incomplete materials may result in rescheduling.
3. Production & Asynchronous Delivery
I spend the entire day crafting your layout in my studio.
If you are in a different time zone (like the US or Canada): You don’t have to worry about a thing. While you sleep or go about your day, I build your project.
At the end of my working day, you will receive your complete preview file.
4. The Refinement Round
Because a VIP Day moves quickly, traditional long-term revision cycles do not apply. Instead, you receive one dedicated refinement round the following morning to polish the final details.
You will have 24 hours to review the preview file and submit a single, compiled feedback list via my structured feedback form. I dedicate the first hour of the following morning to implementing these adjustments, after which your final premium assets are delivered immediately.
What is included: Fixing text typos, minor copy corrections, and small layout tweaks (such as shifting an image or adjusting a color accent).
What is not included: Structural layout changes, changing the design direction after approval, or submitting entirely new text or images that were not in the original materials. Any requests that exceed the 60-minute refinement window will be quoted separately as a Custom Project.
