​1. Scope & Core Philosophy

​At Daisy Design Studio (managed by Daisy Design & Art), we deliver highly tailored, bespoke professional design services, strategic asset creation, and exclusive collaborative Design Days. Because our business model centers entirely on custom digital execution and dedicated, time-boxed availability, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. This document outlines the legal frameworks for project cancellations, booking modifications, and digital delivery support.

​2. Custom Design Services & Bespoke Projects

​All custom layout designs, workbook configurations, corporate documentation setups, and long-term retainer agreements are classified as bespoke creative services.

​Once a project has officially commenced (defined as the receipt of a signed contract, deposit payment, or the initiation of creative brief analysis), all payments made to the Studio are strictly non-refundable.

​Refunds will not be issued for client dissatisfaction with creative direction, subjective design preferences, or strategic pivots made by the Client after design phases have been formally locked.

3. VIP Design Days: Bookings & Rescheduling Parameters

​Booking a VIP Design Day guarantees that the Studio reserves 100% of its daily operational capacity exclusively for your enterprise. Because we turn away other prospective commercial clients to secure your date, the following regulations strictly apply:

​Non-Refundable Retainer: All VIP Design Day payments or booking deposits are entirely non-refundable upon confirmation.

​Complimentary Rescheduling: We understand that business priorities can shift. The Client is permitted to reschedule their booked VIP Design Day one (1) time free of charge, provided that a formal written notification is sent to info@daisy-design.nl at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

​Late Cancellations & Short-Notice Changes: If a rescheduling request or cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the VIP Design Day, the booking deposit is forfeited, and a restructuring fee may apply to secure a new calendar date.

​4. Immediate Digital Deliverables & InDesign Transmissions

​In specific enterprise agreements where Daisy Design Studio delivers pre-configured InDesign files, master layouts, or instant digital resources directly via administrative links (outside of public multi-user storefronts):

​Access to these digital assets is granted instantaneously upon delivery or invoice fulfillment. Due to the digital, reproducible nature of these professional assets, all such corporate digital sales are final and non-refundable.

​In strict alignment with European consumer protection frameworks and Dutch regulatory statutes, the Client explicitly acknowledges that by accessing, downloading, or opening the delivered digital file directories, they waive their standard statutory right of withdrawal (herroepingsrecht).

​5. Technical Safeguards & Post-Delivery Support

​While refunds are not granted under any operational circumstances, Daisy Design Studio is deeply committed to technical excellence and absolute client satisfaction. If you encounter any technical irregularities with your final design handoff, including:

​File corruption or administrative access issues during transmission,

​Unexpected font sync errors or formatting shifts in your local environment,

​Missing master pages or link disconnects within the final layout directory,

​Please contact us immediately at info@daisy-design.nl. The Studio will systematically diagnose the technical issue, correct any layout anomalies, or securely re-transmit the fully functional production files within a standard professional window at no additional cost.
