Terms & Conditions


Services

All ebook and PDF design services are provided digitally and created in Adobe InDesign.


Communication

All communication is handled via email and structured intake forms. No Zoom calls or live meetings are included unless agreed otherwise.


Revisions

Revision rounds depend on the selected package.

Additional revisions outside the included amount may be billed separately.


Payments

Projects require payment before the final files are delivered.

Invoices are issued in EUR and may include VAT where applicable.


Delivery

Delivery times depend on project complexity, package selection and client response times.


Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing all final text content, images and required materials before the design process begins.


Source Files

Adobe InDesign source files are not included unless purchased separately as a premium add-on.


Copyright

The client retains ownership of their content.

Design files and layouts may not be resold, redistributed or turned into templates without written permission.


Cancellation

If a project is cancelled after work has started, completed work hours and progress may still be billed.


Changes

These terms may be updated or changed at any time.
