Do you offer Zoom calls or meetings?
No. All communication is handled via a structured intake form and email.
What do I need to provide?
Your text content, images (if any), and basic direction for the project. I will take care of the design and layout.
What software do you use?
All designs are created in Adobe InDesign.
Do I receive the InDesign source files?
Source files are not included by default. They are available as a premium add-on if needed.
How many revisions are included?
Depending on the package:
- Basic: 1 revision
- Standard & Premium: up to 3 revisions
How long does a project take?
This depends on the package and complexity. You will receive a timeline after project confirmation.
Can you design custom formats?
Yes. Custom ebook, workbook or PDF projects are possible via the Custom Design option.
Do you work with clients internationally?
Yes. All communication and delivery is digital.
